In a nutshell

  • Job purpose: Bridge customer relations and internal project management
  • Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Main job actions & results

  • Customer Success Manager
    • Act as the first point of contact for customers after contract signing.
    • Manage change requests and ensure a smooth process.
    • Organize and host Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for customer visits.
    • Handle logistics and documentation based on INCO-Terms (transportation, insurance, invoices).
  • Internal Project Manager
    • Align with the Production Manager to ensure on-time and budget-compliant project execution.
    • Oversee in-house testing and ensure timely delivery of test reports to customers.
    • Ensure all necessary certifications, documentation, and reports are complete and shared.
  • Cross-Functional Communication
    • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer throughout the entire project cycle.
    • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver the best results.
    • Receive full support from internal teams to ensure project success.

Required skills & expertise

  • Project Management Experience
    Ability to develop, track, and execute project plans.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    Proactive communication is key in this role.
  • Technical Affinity
    Basic understanding of electrolyzer technology is a plus (training will be provided). 
  • Fluent in English
    Polish proficiency is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
    For documentation and project tracking.

This is a full-time role, occasionally requiring travel (~5%). Candidates (M/F/X) should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field or equivalent experience. While the role does not include direct managerial responsibilities, it requires strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.
