Main job actions & results
- Customer Success Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for customers after contract signing.
- Manage change requests and ensure a smooth process.
- Organize and host Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for customer visits.
- Handle logistics and documentation based on INCO-Terms (transportation, insurance, invoices).
- Internal Project Manager
- Align with the Production Manager to ensure on-time and budget-compliant project execution.
- Oversee in-house testing and ensure timely delivery of test reports to customers.
- Ensure all necessary certifications, documentation, and reports are complete and shared.
- Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer throughout the entire project cycle.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver the best results.
- Receive full support from internal teams to ensure project success.
Required skills & expertise
- Project Management Experience
Ability to develop, track, and execute project plans. - Strong Communication Skills
Proactive communication is key in this role. - Technical Affinity
Basic understanding of electrolyzer technology is a plus (training will be provided). - Fluent in English
Polish proficiency is a bonus. - Proficiency in MS Office
