About us

Exion Hydrogen is an ambitious, privately-owned company in the electrolyzer business. Based on decades of combined experience and advanced R&D into hydrogen production, we are designing and developing a new generation of more robust, reliable, and efficient water electrolyzers to ensure safe and affordable on-site hydrogen production.

Exion Hydrogen was founded in 2021 by ZE PAK S.A. and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. The team consists of industry veterans and highly skilled scientists and engineers. Our headquarters and production plant are in Gdansk, Poland. The R&D center is based in Turnhout, Belgium. Our CEO Roel De Maeyer and COO Jan Karpiuk manage the daily operations.

mission

It is our mission to enable safe, clean, and affordable hydrogen production anywhere in the world. In doing so, we support companies with the Energy Transition needed to fight climate change.

Vision

Backed by decades of experience, a strong R&D team, and top engineers with a drive for innovation, we will keep pushing the benchmark for robust, reliable, and efficient water electrolyzers.

Strategy

At Exion Hydrogen, we recruit smart minds, and we invest in the continuous improvement of their skills and expertise. We work with the best equipment in state-of-the-art R&D and production facilities to produce water electrolyzers that disrupt the market in terms of quality and ease of use, thus maximally supporting our customers.
